The Endoscopic Sleeve, also known as EndoSleeve, is an interventional endoscopic technique designed to reduce the volume of the stomach by placing sutures using a stitching system located at the tip of an endoscope.

This procedure is entirely endoscopic, performed under general anesthesia but without any surgical incisions. The stomach is not removed (Reversibility) being plicated and it is performed with no scar for patient.
